Upper Bucks County Technical School Senior Caylee Nguyen Wins Gold at SkillsUSA Nationals!
PERKASIE, PA — June 2026 — Upper Bucks County Technical School announced today that Caylee Nguyen, a Quakertown Community High School senior in the Baking & Pastry Arts, earned a gold medal in the Baking and Pastry Arts High School competition at the recent SkillsUSA Championships in Atlanta. “Upper Bucks County Technical School sets high standards of professionalism and skills preparation in Baking & Pastry Arts/ Culinary Arts and all of its technical skills programs, which is reflected in this great achievement for Caylee,” said UBCTS Executive Director Dr. Michael Herrera. “Caylee’s gold medal is an amazing accomplishment, and we are so proud of her representing UBCTS on a national stage,” said Joe Lyons, Chairman of the UBCTS Joint Operating Committee. Caylee represented UBCTS at the SkillsUSA National Championships, June 1-5, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, where she joined 6,800 state champions from across the United States competing head-to-head in 115 skilled and leadership competitions.
