Pennsylvania Law now requires employers who work with students in school to work programs to have the same clearances as other professionals who work with school aged children. This law is applicable to the Cooperative Education and Career Internship programs at UBCTS.As of July 1, 2015, House Bill 1276 Child Protective Services Law (CPSL), mandates the following three (3) background check clearances for the adult who is considered the designated supervisor of the minor.
