Evening Programs at Upper Bucks County Technical School are temporarily limited to PennDOT Emissions, Emissions Recertification, and Safety & Inspection Courses.

Complete Application for PennDOT Courses:  mail or drop off application to UBCTS Attn:  Cathleen Plesnarski
Include payment for the class (check, money order, or cash)  Checks should be made payable to UBCTS.  
Please include a valid email address so we may send you confirmation of enrollment and additional class information.  Books are distributed the night of the class.  If you would like your book in advance, you may pick it up at the school.   
Students enrolling in the Safety & Inspection Course:  Cost includes one category.  Additional categories $40.  Please note the category on the application.  (Must hold driver's license for the category in which you are seeking certification).
      Category I:  Passenger/Light Truck
      Category II:  Motorcycle
      Category III:  Truck
